Rotary Portraits is the international branch of Eventure Photography and is an esteemed international photography enterprise, focusing on servicing International Schools and US Military Schools across Europe. We boast a committed team of photographers capable of delivering top-tier service. Additionally, upon request, we accommodate family photography sessions after or before school hours.
Furthermore, complimentary staff photographs are available. Moreover, our comprehensive named records service caters to all yearbook requirements. To facilitate efficient record production, we kindly request that you provide a student list in Excel format,
We also arrange to return to school at a later date to cover any absentees and new students.
Individual and group photographs undergo thorough editing before being uploaded to our dedicated servers for seamless online ordering. The entire process operates smoothly from inception to completion. Ordering is facilitated either through physical proof cards for online transactions or, more commonly, via a student list provided to the school containing individual and, where applicable, group codes in Excel format. These codes can then be sent out to parents via email using a mail merge function. Subsequently, parents can access the ordering website (www.getphotos.co.uk), register their details, and proceed with ordering.
A predetermined cutoff date for free delivery to the school is arranged in coordination with the school administration, considering the timing of proofs or codes distribution.
